How to browse membership database?

  • To learn how to navigate Church Services click here.
  • This feature requires additional permissions to be able to access it.
  • Goto Features page and click on Membership, the click on Directory.
  • The directory page will display, allowing you to set the filters you would like to apply on your search process.
  • The page displays by default in a minimized form allowing you to specify name of member you are looking for. You can click on the red button “More” to specify additional filtering criteria.
  • Go ahead and fill in your filter criteria by selecting from drop downs, typing in values…etc.
  • Some of the fields such as age, grade, city, state, zip code allow you to enter multiple values and/ranges, so you can for instance lookup for kids who are at grade: 6-9, 11, 12 (‘-‘ denotes the range, and ‘,’ is the separator). 6-9, 11, 12 will lookup for grades 6, 7, 8, 9, 11 and 12.
  • Search Result allows you to lookup by filter (Show Matches), or opposite to filter (Show Mismatches), or by parent (parents of result).
  • When done specifying your filters click search and the system will display the results as per your scope of privileges.
  • At any time, you can clear the filters by clicking on the button clear.
  • Please check user tools to see different functionalities available for you during your search.
