How to view, change or cancel your existing event registration?

  • To learn how to navigate Church Services click here.
  • Open CS Application and click on Registrations on the app features page. This is the default page, and you can always get to it by clicking on Features in the App menu.
  • A list of all your current registrations will display on the screen.
  • Scroll down and select the registration you would like to edit or cancel.
  • Click on Cancel Registration if you would like to cancel this registration including all your household members.
  • You will receive a confirmation message about cancellation, and shortly you will also receive an email notification confirming the cancellation.
  • If you would like to add or remove specific members from this registration, without necessarily removing all your registered household members, click on Edit Registration.
  • A list of your household members will show on the screen. The ones highlighted in green are already registered, and the ones in gray or transparent are not. To register and/or unregister click on the names to make them green or grey which denotes whether they would be registered or unregistered, then click Submit.
  • You will receive a confirmation with the change, and also an email notification.
